How to Login to know Fee Fixation System?
Fee Fixation
User Login screen is appeared at the Home page. While click on Institute Login/Office Login link. User Login screen is appearing at the page.i
Login page having the three fields as
- Username:: User enters her/his valid username in username field.
- Password:: User enters her/his valid password in password field.
- Captcha Image:: User enters captcha image in text box which appeared below in password field.
Above all fields are filled and click on “Login” button. User gets login in their account.
How to Process for Fees?
Process for Fees:- This sub menu is appeared under the “Fee Fixation” menu.
Click on “Process for Fees” sub menu then below screen is appearing....
- Process for Payment:: At the page having the three different buttons like “Pay Now for Portal Fees”, “Pay Now for AFRC Fees” and “Go For Other Details”.
- “Pay Now” for Portal Fees:: Click on “Pay Now” button!! Portal fees will be submitted.
- “Pay Now” for AFRC Fees:: Without pay Portal Fee, User can not pay to AFRC. While paid Portal Fees then click on “Pay Now” button!! AFRC Fees will be submitted.
- Go For Other Details:: Click on “Go For Other Details” button!! User can Add/Modify/Know the Information Status/Report ect.
- Add/Modify:: User can add/modify their activities.
- Information Status:: User can know their information status.
- Report:: User clicks on report link then particular activity report will be opened.
Guideline of Fee Fixation System
- मध्य प्रदेश की संस्थाओं में चल रहे पाठ्यक्रमों की फीस के निर्धारण के लिए निर्धारित प्रपत्रों की निम्नानुसार जानकारी संस्थाओं द्वारा ऑनलाइन भरने की सुविधा प्रदान की गई गयी है
- संस्थाओं की मूलभूत जानकारी ।
- संस्थाओं में चल रहे पाठ्यक्रमों की जानकारी जैसे स्वीकृत इनटेक प्रवेशित छात्रों की संख्या आदि ।
- संस्थाओं में चल रहे पाठ्यक्रमों हेतु उपलब्ध शिक्षको एवं कर्मचारियों की मानदेय संबंधी जानकारी ।
- आगामी 3 वर्षो के फीस निर्धारण के लिए पाठ्यक्रम की फीस की मांग की जानकारी । 2. संस्थाओं द्वारा प्रोसेसिंग फीस को पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन (पेमेंट गेट-वे ) जमा करने के लिए भी सुविधा प्रदान की गयी है
- संस्थाओं द्वारा फीस फिक्सेशन एवं निर्धारित प्रपत्रों में ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध कराई गयी जानकारी की समीक्षा कर फीस का निर्धारण फीस विनियामक समिति द्वारा ऑनलाइन समिति करने की सुविधा पोर्टल पर दी गयी है।
- समय समय पर निजी संस्थाओं तथा फीस विनियामक समिति के बीच ऑनलाइन 2-Way Communication System उपलब्ध कराना |
